FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Masonic Arch Preservation Fund is officially open at the Johnson County Community Foundation (JCCF). Donations will help restore the historic arches at the Indiana Masonic Home, also known as Compass Park.
Following a recent re-evaluation by engineers, officials have revised the estimated cost for restoration to a more manageable $250,000 to $300,000, significantly lower than the initial projection of $1 million made last fall.
To donate online to the Masonic Arch Preservation Fund, visit www.jccf.org/give and select “Masonic Arch Preservation Fund.” Or, mail checks to the Johnson County Community Foundation at 398 S. Main St., in Franklin.
