GREENWOOD, Ind. – The City of Greenwood recently announced that format changes are coming on sanitation billing beginning in January.
Residents should be aware that the payment process will remain the same, but the appearance of your invoice will look a little different.
Click the “Pay My Bill” page at greenwood.in.gov or call 855-748-8520 to make a payment with a credit/debit card or electronic check.

Below is what will and will not be modified with the new format:
- The due date will now fall on the same day each month
- Mailed statements will be consolidated for customers with more than one account going to the same mailing address
- Account numbers will not be affected by this change
- The payment methods will not change
