COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Indiana-based Sprague Hotel Developers announced that two of its Indianapolis Holiday Inn Express and Suites hotels have been honored with major brand awards.
The Holiday Inn Express and Suites Indianapolis South/Greenwood was awarded the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) 2023 Torchbearer Award after a $4 million renovation. The award recognizes hotels and individuals for notable achievements among several key customer criteria, including guest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, and other company standards. It is one of 84 honorees selected among IHG’s over 4,400 hotels.
Holiday Inn Express and Suites Indianapolis NE/Noblesville received the IHG 2023 Spirit of True Hospitality Excellence award based solely on guest feedback for achieving superior levels of excellence. This award signifies one of the top-performing properties within the brand. It is 205 honorees selected among IHG’s over 4,400 hotels.
