GREENWOOD, Ind. – On Thursday, May 2, 2024, the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) responded to the 3800 block of Clubhouse Court, in Greenwood, Thursday, at around noon, after a reported domestic dispute.
During the investigation, JCSO deputies determined that they had probable cause that an alleged battery had occurred. Joshua J. Wise, 43, was arrested for Domestic Battery and transported to the Johnson County Jail without incident.
He is a member of the Lawrence Police Department in Indianapolis. They were contacted and briefed on the situation.
Wise remains in the Johnson County Jail and will probably be released this afternoon.
Information has been sent to the Johnson County Prosecutors Office for their review and formal charges. The probable cause affidavit will have to be released by that office.
